Camelid Veterinary Services will always aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of cleared payment, however product availability can vary which may affect this dispatch time. Delivery times stated are an approximate period but all efforts will be made to align with these estimates.
All goods will be sent to the shipping address given by you when placing the order which can be seen in your order confirmation email. We aim to get your goods to you within 3-5 working days.
UK orders are generally dispatched using Royal Mail. In the case of large or higher value orders, we may send via alternative courier or service.
We do not post on weekends or public holidays – please allow additional time during bank / public holidays.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about delivery time.
By default, the price of standard delivery to mainland UK addresses is shown in your basket. Delivery to addresses outside of the UK is not automatically calculated at point of sale. Please contact us for a postage quote; subject to your acceptance we will send you an invoice for payment; once payment has been cleared your order will be dispatched.
If for any reason parcels are required to be redirected then additional charges may apply. If goods are refused or not collected following notification from the delivery service provider, an additional charge will also be incurred to resend. This list is not a full and exhaustive and other reasons may result in a recharge.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 28 days of purchase. Just follow these 3 easy steps:
- Package up the item(s) you wish to return, including the original product packaging, product labels and a copy of your original invoice.
- Please include a note detailing whether you would like a refund or an exchange and the products you wish to order.
- Send the parcel back to us at the address found on our contact page.
Please Note: All goods are returned at your own risk and cost. We strongly recommend that you send goods by a recorded delivery method and obtain a Proof of Postage.
Please ensure that items are well packaged, the parcel must be clearly marked as “RETURN”.
Exchanged orders may incur an additional postage charge.
All returned items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached and unused. We regret that we will be unable to accept non-faulty returns if: tags have been removed, parts are missing or original packaging is damaged or missing. In these circumstances you may not be refunded and goods will be returned to you.
Beyond the 28 days of purchase, goods may not be returned for exchange or refund.
Payment for online orders is taken at the time each order is placed.
We use a secure, PCI compliant electronic payment gateway for processing card payments online. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers. Additionally, your payment information is encrypted in your browser before it is sent onwards for use in the transaction process. Every page on our website is protected with an SSL certificate.
