This weigh sling and digital scale are the perfect addition to your neonatal care kit.
The weigh sling is a simple webbing sling made by Mary Roach, well-known among British camelid owners for her halters. It comes with a portable electronic scale. Use the weigh sling and digital scale together to weigh crias (or lambs or kids!) – or use it to weigh your luggage when you go on holiday!!
The scale weighs up to 40kg in 10g increments (also lb/oz if you prefer). There is a handy 150cm tape measure that pulls out of the unit in case you feel compelled to measure the length of your newborn and a waterproof bag to keep it in. Includes batteries so it’s ready to go. We’ve upgraded the type of scale we offer and we think it is easier to use than the previous one we offered. The carry handle is softer on your hands as there are no sharp edges digging in to your fingers. Also, the hook is larger and this makes it easier to hook the sling handles onto.
